A robust industrial tool that combines high-pressure performance with ergonomic precision and structural integrity.
Challenge
High pressure loads, long-term leak-tightness, continuous industrial use and tight design constraints in injection moulding. At the same time, the design had to ensure ergonomically sound handling for repeated use.
Design
Development of a one-piece, solid housing to prevent leaks at the joints between bolted housing halves. The handle geometry, nozzle angle and mounting design were engineered with strict consideration of structural requirements, ensuring ergonomic quality despite technical constraints.
Effect
A robust industrial tool with clearly discernible ergonomic and design quality. The design sets the product apart in the market through its technical credibility, robust construction and precise handling.
