The Design Process.

Analysis. Goal definition. Draft. Elaboration. Implementation.

I carry out projects with clarity through complexity: first understand, then organise, then design, then define. This is how many requirements become a clear product – step by step. It starts with a shared understanding: users, context, technology, goal. Then it is condensed, decided and consistently worked out – with clean handover to construction and implementation.

Information.

We talk about the product, market, and timeframe. I listen and ask questions.

Design Aims and Philosophy

Clarify user roles

(users/decision-makers/…)

Application environment

(operation/security/service/…)

Competition

(positioning/…)

Requirements

(define and prioritise)

Derive guidelines

(attitude/operating logic/…)

Design and Variants.

I develop design proposals, which we evaluate together – with a view to technology, costs and brand. Presented in CAD renderings.

Preparation and Coordination.

The chosen concept will be developed until it is ready for series production. I will coordinate with the design department and, if necessary, external partners.

Support right through to series production.

The product is only finished when it reaches the customer. To ensure that the selected design retains its full quality, I am available for reviews, consultations and modifications.
